One of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority’s ideals is Scholarship. To this end, annual scholarships are given away on the national level, by our National Education Foundation, as well as regional, state and local chapters. Omicron Omicron Zeta Chapter’s Zetas, Amicae and Zeta Male Network award scholarships annually to young women and men planning to continue their education.
Zeta Scholarship
In the Spring of 2024, the chapter will award scholarships to female African American senior who resides in Gloucester County, attends a high school in Gloucester County, or has been a member of the chapter’s Archonette youth affiliate. Applicant must be planning to attend an accredited four year college or university in the fall of 2025.
Awards are based on academic achievement, involvement in school activities, character, leadership, community/volunteer service and career goals. Recipients are required to attend a formal scholarship presentation on Saturday, April 12, 2025.
Starting December 1, 2024, interested seniors in Gloucester County can get the scholarship application from their high school counselor or download application. OOZ Scholarship Application 2025.

Amica Evelyn Cullins Book Scholarship
Zeta Amicae of Gloucester County awards book scholarships. Applicant must be a female women of color who meets one of the following criteria:
- Resides in Gloucester County and is currently attending a high school
- Resides in Gloucester County and is in the first year of a post secondary program of study
- A relative of either the Omicron Omicron Zeta Chapter or Zeta Amicae of Gloucester County
- Member of the youth affiliate of the chapter.
The applicant must be planning to attending a college, technical or vocational school in the Fall of 2025 or the Spring of 2026. Recipients are required to attend a formal scholarship presentation on Sunday, February 23, 2025.

Zeta Male Network Scholarship
In 2022, Zeta Male Network of Gloucester County contributed $500.00 of the $10,000.00 that was awarded in National Scholarships to male seniors.
The Zeta Male Network has establishes a scholarship to be awarded to a male African American senior who resides in Gloucester County or attends a high school in Gloucester County. Applicant must be planning to attend an accredited four year college or university in the fall of 2025.
