One of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority’s ideals is Scholarship. To this end, annual scholarships are given away on the national level, by our National Education Foundation, as well as regional, state and local chapters. Omicron Omicron Zeta Chapter and its Amicae Auxiliary award scholarships annually to young women planning to continue their education.
Each Spring the chapter awards scholarships. A scholarship applicant must be a female African American senior who resides in Gloucester County, attends a high school in Gloucester County, or has been a member of the chapter’s Archonette youth club. Applicant must be planning to attend an accredited four year college or university in the fall of 2022.
Awards are based on academic achievement, involvement in school activities, character, leadership, community/volunteer service and career goals. Recipients are required to attend a formal scholarship presentation in the Spring of 2022.
Starting December 1, 2021, interested seniors in Gloucester County can get the scholarship application from their high school guidance counselor. Any questions please contact the Scholarship Chairperson at firstname.lastname@example.org.
